Searched website for real estate in the Sarasota/Bradenton area beginning 4 years ago. At that time 4, real estate agents reached out to me. Mary Michael was patient, answered questions, and kept in touch periodically for 4 years. One other agent reached out twice. The other two just once contacted me and put me on their email list of homes for sale with very little or no personal reach out after the initial call. Mary Michael was the most attentive and patient over the years. The first house I put a contract on had mold situations found after an inspection. I backed out. Mary Michael helped me with this process. The 2nd house chosen was the one I purchased. She guided me to what price I should offer. She guided me through various inspections for both houses. She showed me houses of specific interest and did not waste my time. She knew what I wanted in a home. She maneuvered through various situations and gave me additional guidance. I feel that I got my money's worth working with Mary Michael. She's the greatest. I hope she is still around if I ever decide to sell this house. Trustworthy, accessible, and knowledgeable are excellent "plus" characteristics. Mary Michael was my only contact. She was "on it" for everything that I needed. Excellent experience.
